Daily Support

However, we will focus on the building block of a long term relationship, general daily support. We push our technicians to understand what the client is trying to say and not criticize how said that message is delivered. Understanding your need and fulfilling it our priority. We gladly support desktops, Servers (PC’s and Mac,) email issues to spyware and SPAM problems. In our experience, if the majority of users are not comfortable communicating with their IT service provider, small problems can become large ones.
Managed Services
Managed Service has become somewhat of a buzz word in IT. Managed Services are a sophisticated monitoring system that looks at all the desired nodes (pieces of equipment) on the client network. When there is an issue or irregularity, the system will issue a notification to your IT support team. Often, the problem is fixed before you even pick up the phone to call us! “DT Managed” is a hybrid of this type of system. Dragonfly Technologies utilizes a very inexpensive solution that monitors and reports back (via a trouble ticket). IN addition, we will report on the health and progress of your IT environment at set intervals. We use this tool to maintain two way visibility and connection between your company and Dragonfly Technologies.. We will provide as much or as little visibility to the client in the DT Managed portal as you desire.
Integration Support
Dragon fly Technologies will source, purchase and deploy traditional servers and workstations including AD integration, Exchange, Blackberry, Active Sync and all aspects of a traditional network, including firewall and backup. We have also sourced and deployed Digital Records Management Solutions, CRM Solutions, and Copy\Scan\Fax solutions through all major copier manufacturers. These are a few of the technologies that we have successfully deployed with our clients.
